About the job

We are looking for a day-shift operator with the possibility of transitioning to shift work in the near future. As a shift operator, your employment always begins with a period during the day to learn about the factory and its departments. You will perform practical tasks using established routines and instructions, while administrative duties and monitoring via control systems are also part of the daily work.

In your future role as a Process Operator, you will

• Carry out production, loading, and unloading of chemicals at our production facility.
• Plan work within the scope of the role.
• Conduct rounds and perform preventive maintenance to some extent.
• Be responsible for order and cleanliness in production areas.
• Prepare for maintenance shutdowns, i.e., cleaning and isolating process equipment.
• Work with instructions and routines.
• Administer production in various systems, control systems, SAP (ERP system), and Office.

We believe you have

• A high school education, preferably with a technical focus.
• Good computer skills.
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have

• Education in process technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LEAN and view it as a natural part of daily work.

We believe you are a person who works in an orderly and focused manner, keeps a cool head in challenging situations, and contributes to a secure working environment. You collaborate without hierarchy, build good relationships, take initiative, and drive your work forward with high quality.
